Yangon – Inle – Mingun – Mandalay (6 Days – 5 Nights )
Day 1 Yangon (B/L/D)
AM: Arrival Yangon. Welcome by DANDARYI guide and transfer to hotel. Lunch. City sightseeing tours. Other interesting sites include the 70 -meter long Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda(Reclining Buddha) and Sule Pagoda, Botataung Pagoda, Yangon River Jetty and Chinatown. Return to hotel. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight hotel Yangon.
Day 2 Yangon – Inle (B/L/D)
AM: After breakfast visit the world famous gold-clad Shwe Dagon Pagoda in which are enshrined the Sacred Hairs of the Lord Buddha. Rising to a height 100 Meters, the pagoda dominates the city’s skyline. Visit KabaAye MAHAPATANA Cave. Lunch. Transfer to airport. Take (PM) flight to Heho. Proceed to INLE. Dinner and overnight hotel.
Day 3 Inle (B/L/D)
AM: After breakfast excursion to Inle Lake and observe fishing by the unique leg-rowing Intha tribesmen. Sightseeing at floating farms and floating market, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and weaving industry. Visit silverware workshop and Ngaphechaung Monastery.
PM: Lunch. Proceed to Indein village in the south of the lake, past the local school and then visit the Stupa Along Sithu. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight hotel.
Day 4 Inle – Mandalay: (B/L/D)
AM: After breakfast transfer to Heho airport. On the way sightseeing to Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery. Proceed to Heho airport check in. Take flight to Mandalay and on the way to check in hotel.
PM: Lunch. Visit Mahagandayone Monastery, where about 1000 monks reside, Amarapura, an ancient capital, and visit the magnificent all-teak U Bein Bridge. Visit Ava’s ancient city. Return to Mandalay. Dinner at Local resturant and overnight hotel.
Day 5 Mandalay – Mingun- Mandalay (B/L/D)
AM: After breakfast take boat to Mingun to view the world largest uncaracked Bell and unfinished Pahtodawgyi pagoda and back to Mandalay. After lunch cross the Ayerwaddy River to Sagaing Hill dotted with pagodas. Visit zeycho market, you can observe the lives of bronze casters, gold-leaf makers and traditional handicrafts. Visit Kuthodaw pagoda, known as the world’s largest book for the 729 marble slaps in its compound on which are inscribed the entire Buddhist Scriptures. Then visit the Shwenandaw Monastery and Kyauk Taw Gyi Pagoda Ascend Mandalay Hill for a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Check in hotel. Enjoy puppet and cultural show before dinner.
Day 6 Mandalay (B/L/-)
AM: After breakfast: Visit Mahamuni Pagoda. Transfer to Ta Da Oo Airport. Mandalay to Bangkok departure. End Tour.
