Every tour member must be in possession of valid passport and visa. Myanmar embassies issue two types of visas for tourists: the “FIT” (Foreign Independent Traveler ) visa and the ” Package Visa “. Both are valid for a stay of up to 28 days.

Road journeys will be in air-conditioned cars and buses and rail journeys in coaches with reclining seats. Air travel is by Myanmar Airways, Air Mandalay, Air Bagan and Yangon airways.

Cancellation takes effect from the day on which a written notice is received.

Dandaryi Travel & Tours Co., Ltd. acts only as an agent for the party desiring travel and accommodation arrangements upon the express condition and agreement that it shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason of defect of any vehicle or through any willful or negligent act or omission on the part of providers of services relative to the execution of the tour or through natural calamities and factors beyond it control.
